Prunella vulgaris
Gentle mouth and throat herb. A gargle more than a miracle.

- Lawns and path edges, June–September. Square stem, purple club of flowers.

- 1 Tbsp fresh or 1 tsp dry, 10 minutes. Cool and gargle for a scratchy throat.
