Nettle infusion is the honest local try. It is not an EpiPen and not a reason to skip the Benadryl in the kit.
- Start nettle infusion when the trees dust, if you are a person who wants to try it.
- Rinse the face and eyelashes. Sleep with the windows shut on high pollen days if you can.
- Diphenhydramine is in the med chest for a reason.
